These plans are a paid priority plumbing service — not an insurance product or home emergency policy.
- 1The plans provide priority access to plumbing repair services and are not unlimited labour contracts.
- 2The included first hour applies only to qualifying repair visits and is subject to reasonable fair use.
- 3Parts and materials are charged separately.
- 4Additional labour after the included first hour is charged at the standard Goodman Plumbing rate of £120 per hour.
- 5Major repairs, installations, planned works and work outside the scope of the plan are quoted separately.
- 6Plans apply to the registered business premises only. Each additional location requires its own plan.
- 7Response times are response targets and are subject to engineer availability, reasonable travel conditions, safe access to the premises and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- 8The Gold 1-hour service is a "1-hour priority response target" — arrival within one hour is not unconditionally guaranteed.
